Top Stops In Arizona On Route 66
Arizona, well known for its Sun Valley and real southwestern culture, is going to be one of the last states we make it through on Route 66. Arizona is also well known for its deserts, but there is a lot more in this great state than sand. We will outline some of the best stops in this state for Route 66 cruisers of all ages. We are going to cross some of the most picture worthy territory on the whole Mother Road as we go though Arizona, so make sure to pack extra film or an extra memory stick for you camera.
From cactus to cliffs, from ancient ruins to volcanoes, you will be sure to see a lot of amazing scenery on this strip of Route 66. This will be the second to last stop on our Route 66 as we wind down our all American tour across the country on the amazing Mother Road. There are still plenty of cool places to visit, eat and rest along the way. We have a lot of land to cover before we get to California, so buckle up and lets hit the road!
