The Top 10 Stops On Route 66 In Missouri
Well, it’s time to put the top down and rev up your engine; we are getting ready to go for a cruise across the great state of Missouri on the historic Route 66! If you were not around during hay day of the original Route 66 don’t worry there are still plenty of memorable stops along the way.
Missouri does have many huge tourist areas and there are almost unlimited points of interest in the state. However, we are going to highlight the points that are actually on or just a hop-skip-and-jump off of the Mother Road. We will see if we can find something for everyone in our travels, because we know that every Route 66 traveler is looking for something special, different and unique!
For the most part we will try to steer clear of the big well-known locations that everybody has already heard of. We want to let you see something that not everybody and there dog has already seen on your cruise. So strap yourself in and let’s get started in one of Missouri’s most famous cities St. Louis.

Just wanted to let you know that your post re: Whitehall Mercantile needs to be updated. My mother, Thelma White, died April 13, 2010. My dad, Jerry White, is now operating the store.

Hi,
Very Sorry for your loss.
Thelma was wonderful to talk with and a super Route 66 person.
